4.4 CWP

I am upgrading from a bw 4.11 to a english axle.
I have two housing but i would like a 4.4 ratio in the rear (at least thats what i think i would like) im not sure what has at the moment actually.
Are there any suppliers in aus or should i buy new from the uk?

Buy new out of Burtons or Lotus Cortina spares
What are you using the ratio for

It's catch 22 as we gear for each single track, but if you're mainly running at Winton I would gear for what ever maximum speed you see at the end of the straight I would gear for that at where ever you peak power is so you get the best acceleration

I would have thought that running 14's and an overdrive gearbox you would be looking at something more like a 4.7 or 5.1. I ran a 5.1 at Winton in the Group N car on 175-60-13's with a 4 speed and saw about 8200 in top. I want to run a 5.3 next time. I have a 5.1 in my tarmac car with a 5 speed o.d. box and 185-60-14's and the gearing is great. Top speed is somewhere over 200k's still. Even at 7500 it still gives about 190k's from memory. As for supply you can try Palmside in NZ also.
