For anyone who is combing Ebay or simmilar in search of a Factory manual to suit late MkII's - from memory the 77-79 #118 is loose leaf with four brass screw assys holding them together (can not see these without opening the cover), the updated manual #118 covering 77-80 has a glue bound spine.

These diagrams suit the RHD Australian assembled cars, unsure if they are comparable with the European assembled models. Australian models had a change in 1979, though I have recently come across two 1977 2.0 litre vans with the later harness; easiest way to identify is colour of the wires to the coil
