Usually when a coating comes off a concrete floor it will be related to prep or some form of contaminent being present. If you are going to recoat again, best to grind the floor back to the concrete and start again.

Hi Nev,

ozstang65 and JSA are all over it. The PFC is stiffer/stronger about the vertical axis by providing more material at a distance further away from the centre of the beam cross section. The RHS profiles achieve far better torsional rigidity over an open section such as a PFC which would have an effect over a longer unrestrained length but considering the effective buckling length of 450mm between the joists this won't be an issue.
