Steel vs Stainless Steel for brake lines

Looking for opinions, pros and cons for both materials when manufacturing brake hard lines. Cost is not an issue.

I've used both, bundy tubing is much easier to form a good double flare. The proper brake S/S bends easy enough, but to get good concentric double flares is harder, even with a high end flaring tool. If you're not after the "look" stick to bundy tubing, my 10c
