1300 pistons

1300 pistons

Could anyone give me an idea of what sort of compression ratio 1300 piston would give the engine. I know lots of variables, just an idea.

on a .060" oversize bore on standard deck height it's roughly 10:1

1300 GT engines had High compression !
boy oh boy were those things rocketships
aahh the mighty old kent engine :roll:
if you managed to get better than about 90 psi
on a compression test you had yourself a good
engine
