I regret to inform my motor won't be on any dyno soon. Had an accident on a dirt road ( going a little to quickly ), hit a rut, spun and rolled her over a couple of times. Will be a long time until money permits me to get my 2dr rust free, painted and on the road. Sorry. It was going well though... Embarrassed quite a few V8's at the lights, not to mention a large number of Japanese vehicle owners. Miss driving it already. I'd say it was making 170Hp at the flywheel no problem...maybe a bit more

As long as your OK?
Use the experience and be thankful you have the two door to play with still.
Don't worry about rust, just bolt the quick engine in and do it again.

Sorry to hear about the roll over. Been there done that.

Get stuck into the bits that take more time than money and get yourself back on the road as soon as you can.

Have stripped out the 2dr. Now for the rust repairs. Sort of worked out ok...Most of the rusty bits I can replace with bits from the one I rolled. Might start a thread on my build. Think I will go for some more upgrades ( pedal box with remote reserviours, stronger diff and rear disk brakes). And a roll cage this time ( just in case!!). Anything can happen on dirt roads when your travelling quickly. Or maybee I should stay off dirt roads?

Hi, sorry it has been such a long time. Recently purchased this Rs. I have put the engine and 5speed into it. Nearly finished. Will be able to post some figures soon.
