Im in Sigapore ATM, on my way to the UK and i was looking at sending a pallet of things back to Aust (Melb) myself, id be interested in paying or some space so let me know more..Im staying In Stoke which i north and i can deliver the pallet anywhere in UK..
Whats the deal with custom etc with second hand parts?
Hi Paul, The container will leave in about 2-3 weeks from either Leeds or Bradford. You still have to pay the GST and Customs on the invoice value of the goods entering Oz. Cheers Rob
Most of the parts will be second hand ,although some will be new the biggest out lay of new parts will be the wheels. it would be pretty difficult to make them look second hand, i will be paying for them with an ozzie debit card so i will get the invoice posted to me where it could be modified? the reason im asking is coz my mother-in-law is coing to oz to live and she will be sending over a container with her household good in it so i was hoping to sneak the parts in with her stuff. what sould i look out for when they land in OZ regarding customs etc. I dont want her to have any suprises.
