Danny would be the man to ask, but he has been working double shifts (probably trying to make up for all the time off LOL) so maybe hasn't seen your post.

I will ask him at Noosa tomorrow.

As for getting it done in the UK, don't believe the hype when you see some bhp figures that are being kicked around, there are not that many really big power atmo YB's there, and plenty of average ones with optimistic dyno printouts

Thanks a lot Mark - it is not atmo though - just easier to explain that 300bgp is over 500bhp turbocharged.

Ideally need over 170 cfm with 10" pressure at 1/2inch lift.

I have been toying with sending the head to either Nick Waples (Ahmed Bahyoo, Harvey Gibbs) or Peter Jones (Jondell) - going to cost 1100gbp plus transport.

Or CNC heads (ric wood) looks good too.

However, going to find it hard to find a way so do not pay customs. I have a brand new head here - late 2wd 3 bolt - wish I didn't as could buy from UK.

Pick your brains about something.

Port the head straight, leaving the floor untouched right? 26 - 26,5mm port.

Some people say 27.5 for over 500bhp but seems too much.

Has anyone dealt with Jake (Racemap) for head porting?

You shouldn't need a wonderful porting job to acheive 500bhp, just plenty of forced loving

Never had any work done by Jake, but spoke to him on the phone a couple of times, he seemed to know his stuff, but then plenty of people know the theory behind them, ask to see some of his work

Yes - was thinking 30psi with the T4 I have.

Still though - would like 500bhp on less boost.
