Haydon your car was idling really rich at Willowbank "fueling up" which is from too much fuel pressure, float level too high or too big of an idle jet
With 1.5-2psi your engine should get by on a 50F9 idle and if the air speed is worse than normal you may need to run a 55F9 on 48's etc
And no I don't troll I'm too lazy for that
