Dry sump tank

Postby group5 » Tue Jan 07, 2014 4:08 pm

Now that I have finished my Escort Project it is time to sell the parts I didn't use.

First is a brand new dry sump tank with fitting kit to mount it on the RH inner wing.

$50 plus postage from WA.

Inlet on the wrong side for southern hemisphere - everybody knows that bath water goes anti-clockwise down the plug hole in Australia! rolling.gif

I should have known better than to sell things on this forum... too many smart-arsed dickheads.

I won't be offering anything else.

I think you may need to lighten up a bit mate, if some of the light heartedness that is commonplace on this forum gets you so wound up, then I don't think you will fit in around here.

No offence was intended on my part, just some humour. Danny is the main instigator of any banter/opinionated ranting's on here and everyone just takes it with a grain of salt, and then dishes it back two fold!

We are all Escort enthusiasts that appreciate any car, no matter how basic or full on it may be. If we were all super cautious and double guessed every comment before we posted it, then I think this would be a very boring forum.

Next time you are in Brisbane, give us a shout - we have regular Escort steak nights and can organise a catch up, I will buy you a beer or three.

For $50, someone will buy that tank every day of the week, and if they don't, then I will take it.

I thought mine was a legitimate as it's sealed so you can't clean it and from the photo's you can't work out the size and for $50 it got me thinking. So if I'm a smart arse dickhead then so be it
