Mk1 escort badge location

Postby 1771racing » Sun Sep 29, 2013 7:49 pm

Hi

My mk1 escort was de-badged by a previous owner.

I have got all the replacement badges for the boot and bonnet now can anyone help with the hole locations for the badges and also where I could get the correct fixing for them ?

Thanks in advance

I located mine in a jar on the top shelf of the storage. No idea where they are now.
Sorry cant help.
Are there many concourse Escorts out there on this forum. Mostly competition I'm guessing...anyone?

Check inside the boot/bonnet to see where the original holes came through. If they've been bogged over then you might be able to knock it out from inside. Could get messy.

Hi

Concourse lol I wish

I just want the badges back on it and I'm replacing the boot and bonnet for fibreglass I guess I will have to guess ;)

If someone has the rear "escort" badge on theirs a measurement from the boot edge would be a great help so I can get it in roughly the right place

Regards
