ECCENTRIC TOP MOUNTS - bearing collars/sleeves

I bought these off Mk2_Pete

But it turns out he sold the collars/sleeves to adapt the roller bearings to the escort shock shafts to some guy in Melbourne. I've just been quote $150 to machine some up - which will make these "bargain" top very expensive!

Does anyone have any lying around by any chance??

I have a set of the same tops but cant use the sleeve type bolts because they arent compatible with my competition Bilsteins. They come with 2 different types, both are the same size but have different threads. Do you know what inserts you have?
