Sorry about the quality... I didn;t realise I had left it in the parts washer unwashed!!! Shows how long its been since I lifted the lid on that thing. Oh well, something to do next weekend.

It is a Club Spec 2lt HE sump to suit pinto into MK1/2 Cortinas. Hard to see but it has the hinged gates etc...

who 's sump r u talkin about? mines is just visable in my mk 1 cortina 30 mm bellow the sway bar dose this help

After several months of removing and replacing the sump & gaskets i decided to purchase a American Ford Pinto 2.0 litre front bowl sump( no baffles in the sump standard from factory) cost me $150.00 inc the pick up its been well worth it no more oil leaks or weeps from the seam weld just in case your wondering its a MK 1Cortina fitted with a 2.0 litre pinto and a escort 4 speed box
