does look good.if it was in brisbane id be there already.i did notice this but in the details it says in a million pieces and getting the car back is one thing but i dont really want to have to put half a car back together when im already traveling across 2 states.having said that im having difficulties not thinking about it so its definately playing in my mind.there was another red one on the coast with rust.it looked bad but i thought i could do something there.then i viewed it and the rust shown was about a third of what was there.the whole roof was gone along with the whole bottom half.thanks for that let me know if you spot anything else whilst i ponder a possible interstate trip.

I had not read the notes, so didn't know about the strip bit, but it is a van i.e. space in the back and interstate transport isn't too rich from memory, plus from memory I was at Ford Wreckers at Redcliffe over a year ago and they had at least three Mk2 vans there, you could ring and see what they still have.

yeah would have to find out how stripped it is.could be on blocks with no driveline suspention or steering for all i know.the windowless mk2 is beautiful but im really after an unrestored one like the red one so i can enjoy the transformation and dirty my hands,and save abit of money obviously.paint/panel mechanical i can do,finding what i need is the hard part.the red one is spot on perfect but half way round australia.might have a chat with him to find out some more.thanks guys anything else let me know.
