Type 9 Input Shaft, straight cut gearset

Postby SportsSedanSteve » Sat Feb 23, 2013 11:28 am

Due to being done over by a certain eBay seller I have a T9 input shaft spare after building the new rocket box. I should qualify this and state that I think it's a T9-17tooth, standard length input shaft.

PM if interested.

I'll call you when I get home on break. I haven't really looked at it since Andy pressed the bearing off but there were no numbers visible to me. i'm going off the turbosport T9 thread that shows the synchro rings being the same size between 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th.

Only part number on the whole kit was the layshaft. Just had a look at the invoice for the proper shaft and Quaife have sent me a "short" input shaft so possibly this T9 is a short too(they are the same length)

Ok, part number is E13Z113 and I reckon the DOM is 12/99. So, does that make it T9?

Its a match off my QKE15Z gearset drawing from Quaife, the 2 is a Z on the drawing!
