we had a great weekend and is was good to catch up albeit
briefly with many people and to put a few names to faces/nicknames
I would have liked to see a few forest stages but time did not allow us to
get out there. it seemed if you where a SOT competitor you couldnt watch the rally
I now know how you blokes feel re King edward park hillclimb
it is a bloody long drive for 6 mins of motor sport !!!!!
the highlight for me was getting my photo taken with Sir Jack Brabham

campsite preperation is not as important as race car preperation ,
"where is my woggle ??"
i should mention danys "clothesline" after the fri nite storm but thats another campsite story ,,,
as a young fella , i was evicted from scouts for applying a nice layer of grease over the steps then removing the electrical fuse to the aforementioned scout hall ,, the rest is history ! :lol:

A WET TRACK would have been a lot more more fun than a wet nite in a tent !! :roll:
