Apart from a couple of series 1 RX7's Mazda's and a Datsun 240z or two that rally there not many in fact hardly any Japanese cars are rallying on UK historic events...you simply can't get the parts.

The Escorts were always so well catered for and allowed to modify and develop at clubman level in the 70's that no other cars could keep up.

I think because of the PRC rules hear it kept a degree of control on it all...I've gotta say when you have an entry list of around 200 cars and 180 of them are Escorts it did get a bit boring....I actually like the variety here a bit more.
