Been keeping an eye on the above event which has just finished....Very Bad Snow in the UK so it was an adventure.

Any of you boys had the pleasure of Snow driving?

yes i was entered in a rally at oberon (pine forrest) bathurst many yrs ago
we got there sat morn to find the rally was cancelled , but a few of us got
the route instructions & drove a few of the stages , it was realy wierd driving
on the virgin snow , not being able to see the potholes or where the edge of the road was
very tempting because it looked so soft , but after a few cars had been over it you could
see the road & realy use the snow banks to bounce off , you could throw it at the corner .
normaly it would be a big crunch or off the road
but the snow banks were just so soft on a few corners
it ended up with about 5 cars playing in the snow all day untill it got dark & realy scary !!
probably the most fun ive ever had with LOTS of clothes on !!
we all started to talk with scandanavian accents that day
