Yes I have the new ones coming and also the new pipercross filter, as the one he supplied wasn't long enough

going shopping next week for M400 and more bits

Het mate - as said on the convo....

Get a 2wd, 4wd standard cosworth distributor, knock the pin out and seperate and linish off one of the triggers.... if your ecu will read a reluctance (or magnetic as it is also called) sensor for a cam trigger.

Or.

Get a EECIV phase sensor assembly from a small turbo escort cosworth - this replaces the distributor entirely.... it is a hall effect sensor and i think plugs are very hard to find - you may need a butcher a bit off a EECIV loom.

I see you have a diff breather connection. How important is one on a competition car? My Eurospeed Hilux diff just has a standard looking breather cap. Not sure if it will be adequate?

it should have a breather as it holds 4 ltrs of oil now, i will run a hose into the boot with a breather bottle
maybe a 1/2 ltrs bottle and a small filter on top should be heaps I think

I had a mate with a Datsun and standard diff at QR and it spat oil out he then put a larger breather on and all good now

Steve whats with the wiring you're not wiring up a Cat dozer!
Flick the alloy straps for the Motec and stick it on with Velcro so you can take it out for security

the straps are opional and the wiring is just the brake and head lights Ect and i have used most of the old wiring for this, I have the Motec Harness for the engine still to be wired

OK all finished now and ready to run, all run in and dyno completed thanks to Paul at Motec QLD, after getting it home we went down to the local drag strip and put some cones up in the braking area to make some corners and did 31 min of logging and distroyed a rear set of tyre what fun it is to drive now heaps of power and responce with the injection, I would like to thank Danny for all his help and also Geoff at Eurospeed, I have learnt do it right the first time, just have to wait for Maryborough Sprints and may turn some wheels at Lakeside on the 15th May (going down for the sponsers display)

I was wondering what gearbox and ratio's your using. My YB rebuild is getting to dummy build stage and I need to start planning/sourcing a gear box as my next step.

Hey Steve, just running a T9 Clubman Box Straight cut 2.39 first, will be going to a dog box, as the clubman will not handle the power they are ok if you don't turn them hard, I just have to baby it for some time until I get the new one
