Fitted 3 dowels in the crank. Had the std bolts shear when I first bought it......
Now fitted with ARP as well.
STD pressure plate and button clutch.

Gearbox fitted and going back in

As you can see, there's nothing special about it.
It made 138 RWHP last time around, but will loose a few due to the head this time.

It was suppose to be last weekend but was cancelled by the club.
Our next meeting was to be the end of April, but it was cancelled last night due to track upgrades
At this rate the pinto may not even get to play........

So round 3 has become round 1, and that's mid May.
Only one meeting to sort things out before the Super V8 round in June

Will try, but my pit crew (read as the misses and my old man) aren't too big on video cameras.
See if I can con someone else into shooting some footage.....

Well there's been a bit of a set back......
Put it on the dyno on Tuesday and his neighbor reported 60 ponies running loose out on the street.
Poor old girl could only muster 80 odd horses (down from 138)
I knew the head wasn't the best, but holy crap...

Tried a few things, but couldn't find them.
So I'm at the crossroads, park it up and concentrate on my other project, then fit the zetec after that. Or throw good money after bad and build up another head ??
