Replica cockpit nearly finished,Terratrip and Halda fitted over the weekend, calibrated the terratrip yesterday and both seem to be working ok.

Spent about 1 1/2 hours on the car today and this was the end result

My replica is now almost complete, just a few other odds and sods that I want to do then thats it (famous last words hey).

Plumbed in fire extinguisher fitted and tested, the ali pipe was a bit of a bugger as it was really soft and also had to route it around the bonnet stay but I'm pleased with the results. I have 3 nozzles in the engine bay and one in the passenger footwell aimed at the loom/fuse box. Cylinder was a perfect fit behind the drivers seat and control box fits well under the switch console

As I had the seats out while fitting the extiguisher it gave me a perfect opportunity to fit the firewall tool holder.

Also had a quick chance a take a pic of both escorts together while moving them around as the RS2000 is now subject a resto and will begin stripping it tomorrow.
