Thought I might put these up for anyone who could use them. This is the Quaife HD gearset with the strengthened layshaft bearings.

They also print up nicely on A4.

If I could only work out how to remove the tailcase from the maincase.

You can but there's a catch....the whole mainshaft comes out with it. I have the dissassembly guide from a haynes manual somewhere in the shed. If i get a chance I'll scan it and put it on here.

It appears that I gave the haynes stuff to my gearbox guy so maybe if you have a local library with a copy of the Escort manual you could copy that or get one from Ebay.

I could steer you from here but there is a fair few steps involved and I pulled my box apart months ago and I can't fully remember how it goes....sorry.
