Gday, only joined a week ago, here's a coupla pics of my "big block" 1100cc mk1. As rough as it looks, it's actually a really good bodied little car. Planning on fitting a Pinto and mk2 front end soon. Any tips on a decent handling/brake package greatly appreciated with a view to doing a little club motorsport ( on a small budget, I know, I know, impossible right! ) Anyway will post more pics as it progresses. upload them to a site like photobucket and link to them from there...but if you do keep the photobucket link live...Forever!

The easiest way to do it is,

Right click on the file you want to resize. There should be an option pop up near the top of the options that says "resize pictures". Left click on that and you will get a list of options, "Medium" is usually a good size (depending on the size of the original file). The new image will be at the bottom of your file list (or thumbnails) until you close the folder. When you reopen the folder next time these resized images will appear alphabetically alongside the original with "medium" included in the file name.

If your version of windows does not have this feature you can download it off the net. Just google "resize images in windows"

G'day, my mk1 coupe has finally had it's 2 ltr transplant, courtesy of a mk2 sedan I bought as a donor vehicle. Thanks for the advice from a few lads here, I managed to get a set of early mk2 strut tops, and it all went in like it was born there (almost), complete with matching four speed.
Is it worthwhile fitting the mk2 diff and leaf springs? As I stripped the mk2 of everything but if it's of no advantage I won't bother. My car is a 1970 model so it has the early rear suspension set up, bolted to a bracket under the boot floor.
Now just have to sort out the electrical and fuel systems to get her running.
Nev, would you mind if I sent you my pics again for you to "shrink" for me, as I have taken heaps of progress shots with my iPhone but I can't upload them for some reason, as it says they are too large. Thanks in advance. Jeff.

got offset????????? ummm i take it you mean, am i using the offset engine mounts, if so yes.

Nope, he means that you've got truckloads of offset on those rims
