Everything on the RSM website is subject to copyright, including the logo.
Actually I'm quite proud of the logo. It was an idea that I'd had kicking around my head for nearly 10 yrs, which with the help of a graphic designer, became a reality last year. RSM is also a registered business name in QLD and along with the logo I'd like to create a brand image that is instantly recognisable to people who share our interests. I'm not sure where RSM is going to go, but one thing my corporate life has taught me is to prepare for success.
Following on from that thought, I had a friendly patent attorney give me his opinion on Trademarking the logo, and he feels it should go through. So I've put in an application to make the logo a Registered Trademark in Australia.
Going back to your question then, sorry but you can't use the logo without written permission from RSM. That doesn't mean point blank that you can't use it, and I would be interested to hear if you had something particular in mind, just that I need to be careful as to what happens to it.
