braided brake line fitting

Guys,



anyone know what the hole in the swivel coupling is on the attached fitting. they all seem to have it. inside mine looks to be a different metal piece to the rest oft he body? Is it a locking pin to be pushed in after tightening.







Anyone?

Its a 2 piece fitting Justin. The swivel nut is 1 piece and the main body is another. All that little pin does is fix the 2 parts together.
