Engine angle

Postby marty » Tue Jan 26, 2016 11:53 am

Hi guys I'm putting a Duratec and T9 in my Mk2 Escort.

I'm making a trolley for the engine and gearbox for ease of moving it round the garage and sitting it under the car for trial fit.

Approximately what angle would the engine sit down towards the rear?
little bit sideways

Usually down by about 4 degrees so it's parallel to the pinion angle which is usually pointing up by the same 4 degrees (when car is static on the ground).
