RS Motorsport :: Classic Speed Restored

This engine came from QLD - the owner has some funny idea that's where all the good escort bits come from.

The engine was bright pink, oozing with blue silicon on every joint. Standard size valves but running NGK 8 plugs, the crank had been knife edged, and had the #4 water pipe mod.

Any ideas on what this camshaft might be? It's not a grind and the only ID is a "924" stamped into the rear:

Yeah it's the old 530B grind
It's a baby mid 280 degrees and .400-.420" lift if you're lucky.
Not too bad on a 38 DGAS for a roady
