Pinto max power, 34mm chokes?

Hi, I'm looking at setting up some DCOE's for a warm pinto in fast road car. I'm wanting about 100kW atw. Will 34mm chokes allow this amount of power with a correctly jetted pair of 40DCOE carbs
And what exactly would need to be done to the pinto to achieve this power figure? (Absolute basics without going overboard)

you are looking at the very least 45DCOE's and 37-38mm chokes and a good engine

100kW at the wheels isn't anywhere near a standard Pinto, they barely had 100hp at the flywheel! And yes, the V6 Capri carby is a good first step.

I like that idea. No complications with vacuum lines or crank case vapours giving me nausea!
