When I enquired @ Burtons years ago, they said they had ceased production due to quality issues resulting in oil leaks etc which I guess is a primary reason to change from the pressed steel original
I wonder if they've altered them.............or maybe improved the casting process etc?

Mark,
Have you happened to see Titan's cover for dry sumped engines? I have been conversing with a bloke from Titan about the possibility of getting one of their covers, however he has been unable to provide me with a photo or details about the cover
Cheers
Justin

Mark
I must admit I was a little "Peaved" that they weren't available but hats off to Burtons for pulling the pin on sub par equipment instead of just selling the dud parts and hoping for the best.
I have never doubted Burtons reputation for nothing less than quality parts and service. Good to hear it was all sorted in the end.

Justin,
I know burton had some dry sump type covers a long time back, don't know who made them though, and I don't know if he has had any done on this new batch sorry.
I only knew about these as I noticed he is now selling them again and we he mentioned he was getting them when we spoke a few months ago

Roger,
Looks good. Who made that one?
I reckon hole at back is for a mechanical drive tach driven off the back of the cam.
