What's the best way of sealing up the sierra dip stick tube hole in the web of the block just below the fuel pump boss.
It appears thats where the oil leak is coming from ie my poor atempt at sealing it, which probably means exsessive blow buy preasure in the block???

Its just a welch plug on STD engine.

I would tap it out m10/12 and put a short bolt in it.

So almost ready to go out again.

Similar to Roger, but tap BSP and use threaded brass bung.

Less secure option is a gallery plug.
