For a 6'1" skinny fella (not me!!!) so maybe size 54. Must have at least FIA 1986 approval.

Hi, A 6'1'' guy will need at least a size 58. We have new Sabelt suits from $627.00. Size 46 boots start at $189.00. As he's skinny and I assume it's in a tin top a Medium 20 HANS would suit which we have for $549.00.
