Diff Centre - Mk 2 Escort

My family and I are running a Locost clubman chassis with Pinto power as a motokhana special. It is good fun but is 3 or 4 seconds behind the more focussed specials.
I would like to fit a locked diff to limit the amount of time we spend spinning the inside back wheel - I know an LSD would be better but budget is limited. Does anyone have a spare diff centre - the rear axle is from a Mk 2 Escort - SE Qld collection would be convenient.
Thanks
Michael Jones,

Hey mate,
I've got some here...dunno what the CWP ratio's are though. They are in the shed I never go in.
Your welcome to come and have a look. i live in Ormeau....Don't suppose you have a Hilux diff centre you want to swap?

Unfortunately no Hi Lux diffs to trade but I am happy to pay for an Escort diff or two if you don't want them.
Not fussy about ratio - what I have now (3.77) seems exactly wrong - first is too low and second is too high for a motorkhana. So my thinking is I can go to a taller diff to make first better or a lower diff ratio and use second gear.
I am at Wynnum so can get down to you easily - can you let me know a suitable time an the best way to contact you. My phone numbers are 33907442 or 0417 006135.
