I realise it's a bit of a long shot, but would anyone happen to have, or know where I could get, a front right steering arm to suit a Capri strut?

The previous owner of my car got slack and just drilled straight through the existing steering arms to fit a Mk2 rack and fitted large washers. :shock:

Thankfully I have a spare left, so any help with the right would be very much appreciated.

Simon, I'm sorry I can't help you with this, but it does raise an interesting question. Capri and RS steering arms are starting to get thin on the ground, I wonder if anyone has ever tried machining up a set. You wouldn't be restricted to running green rod ends (for a Mk2), it would be more durable than the FoMoCo cast item (if you bent it you could probably still limp home). I wouldn't think machining costs would be overly expensive, expecially if someone set one up on an NC machine.

I have a pair, I don't want to sell them but you can grab the right hand one and replace it when you find one. Give me a call if you want to grab it.
