He states that it may not be able to be repaired which may indicate a statutory write off due to the severe damage to the structural integrity of the chassis. Therefore this would be a parts only car as he suggests.
May need to sort this out prior to bidding if you're planning to repair it.

This is a local car and the young bloke who owns it now got to the original lady owner before I did . Very nice car, 20 grands a bit out there though!
