Dave,
You might want to speak to Mr Tetley about allocating a spot together for the Forum Members.
Might be a bad idea to get Danny to do that........

Gary,
I have spoken to Neil who is organising this event. There are quite a number of Escorts entered. I have also spoken and faxed Gerry who owns the IYK copy regarding entering.
Will talk more to Neil once entries have closed.

The old man has entered his Fx Holden in regularity. Don't hit him Dan. It should be a great weekend if you don't;p
I will have to bring my Escort out, and some spare batteries for the camera.
I am keen on another Norman steak night. I enjoyed the last get together.

I was really looking forward to going to this.
However someone offered me the opportunity sailing in the Whitsundays for a week over that weekend, how could I say no?
Next time.

Nice, but you will most likely never see these cars at Lakeside like this again. The Whitsunday will be there alot longer than this opportunity to see and hear these cars in a race situation.

I can guarantee you won't see a mix like this again.
At the last event (Sports 2+2) in July Tetley announced at the drivers briefing that there will not be another event granted there without noise restrictions. The Pine Rivers Council has received a lot of complaints from the first two, and after Bap Romano running the Kaditcha around at the last meeting no doubt they'll get a few more.

Let's hope you quick guys can keep up with the 2002 Bmw's?

I can not make Saturday or Sunday, but hope to be there Friday to watch practice.
I will be wearing a white RS Owners Club cap. Please say hi if you see me.
I'm new to Queensland and this circuit as a spectator, will I be able to walk around the pit area on Friday? Better still, does anyone need a hand on Friday?
Cheers
Peter
Some 'old' RS owners from the 80's may remember me for better as the ex-owner of these 2 Escorts?
