Thanks for the list Steve. Going through them I find I've done nearly three quarters of them already. Warwick is almost fully booked out, must be something else on that weekend. There is one available, but it's nearly 400 for two nights stay. Sent a few more emails of, so I'll just wait and see.
Just found this one just up the road in Allora QLD.....

Oh well, six more NO vacancy replies, but posted my entry of today anyway so I'm going camping. Hope at least I get a shed space so I can sleep under cover. See you there Scott and others that come along for a look. Should be a big event if booking problems are anything to go by.

We usually get a camp spot down near the fence (not where we were in Feb). After a deflating air mattress put me on the cold ground a couple of years ago I went out and got one of those army style camp stretchers. Primitive looking piece of gear, but it works really well. A couple of sleeping bags and a decent beanie and you'll be right. It's worth it, it's a pretty good weekend.

I'll be there with the Group C car. Have paid for a garage/carport so I guess we'll see if we get one.
As for accomodation, father-in-law lives there so free bed and breakfast plus instant pit crew. Reletives have got to be useful for something

Take some personal anti-freeze too. Rum works well for that.
It was supposedly -6 at the track on the Saturday morning when we camped there 2 years ago.
Remember that you also need a Dorian timer for the event.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can hire them from the track. Not sure of the proceedure to hire one as we've had our own for the last few years.
