Well I had a shocker of a weekend. Sick friday night qualified 26th. I was slow and the car was slow. I missed race one. I didn't even have the energy to get up and get in the car. Plus the shifter had come lose as well. I nearly pulled out for the rest of the weekend. But I fixed the shifter and started race 2 then the acc linkage broke at the third corner. Started the third race 30th and finish 17th mostly due to attrition. The exhaust gasket blew again so I slowed and nursed the car home. I learnt a lot over the weekend. The speed difference wasn't as bad as I was expecting and there wasn't any major issues of the start line that I saw. I think Its a good Idea joining the rounds together and I hope it happens again next year. I didn't get to go to the BBQ because I was that sick I was just couldn't go.

Nothing worse than putting in the hard yards, then your body fails on the big day.
Good to see you stuck at it Proey. A few laps are better than nothing.

Thanks for the comments guys. Hey Steve I saw that pic on the sports sedan site. My mate has a video of me taking to the grass at the dog leg after Ricciardello's oil and I think it is a corvette spinning behind me. I just heard the squealing tyres and kept looking ahead!! That got the heart rate up again towards the end of the race.
