Another great day had by all. Danny still won our class after packing his car away after his first run (cracked fuel rail). So I got another 2nd place.
I am very glad to have pulled the car back off the trailer for the (unexpected) 5th run as i got very close to that long lost 47sec run with a 48.14. My first 4 runs were 48.37, 48.35, 48.33 & 48.38........so you can see why I was getting a little frustrated!!!!!!
Will post all of Catrins photos (hundreds) later this week as I have a diff to weld up tonight!

Gary the rail wasn't broken just the billet bracket that holds in in place so the fuel was pissing past the injector seals

Another great weekend, my times however are a little dissapointing but hey you can't win em all. Good to see the spirited competition between Mark C and Jeff in the Datto.
Videos of my runs and the reverse view on Danny's car are being uploaded. Wait til you see how close a call it was on Run 3..Armco got awfully close at the finish line.
Cheers

Here are a few shots of some of our rivals. In particular the innocent looking Commodore that gives Mark C. and Jeff(Datto) nightmares. It has plently of grunt and if you look closely at the front wheel he does drive the ...... off it!!!!! And he does own a tyre shop!!!!
