That top reminds me of Dennis the Menace...
Do you have a dog-leg first? - so that's mainly 2nd and 3rd gear up the hill. Sounds sweet anyhow

1st is locked out so I take off in 2nd and use 3rd and 4th

awesome Danny, the thing certainly has some poke
Couldnt take my eye off the grommett sliding about the passengers footwell. Even after I vacuum and clean out the Cortina, there is always something floating around the floor after a race

scott that certainly revs well for a 1600 & steers ok
its not far off some of the mild pinto engines around
just a pity we will never see 200 hp out of a kent engine /?

turn up the HP uphill ?
but
turn up the rear brake bias downhill

Anyone can drive uphill or flat fast but it takes big balls to go fast downhill or better stil on gravel.

Danny a great performance as always, Scott that was a bloody great time and a great run. Only wish they would paint over my black tyre marks on the finish line wall.

I was going fast enough to notice, the little Jaguars made into the the concrete barrier moulds.
