Great In-Car footage

A really good bit of Irish Tarmac Rally in-car footage. I haven't been able to find out what engine is in it, but it is a MK 2 Escort, If they used this footage in one of those motion simulators they would have to supply buckets to everbody !!!

Yeah baby.
Makes you wanna sell the house and buy a full house rally car. Flat in 6th a jumping... Mine would HAVE to have that nav in it but. Loved the way he reacted when they got the 3nd chicane set right.

The car is a 2.0L 16 valve possibly a vauxhall red top which is very popular over here.

Excellent find.. some great footage there, really puts into perspective how boring the V8 supercars (which are currently on TV now) are to watch !

It seems that the 2.0L engine used is built by Ivan Orr.
