Well I own this little MK2 Ghia that I bought a while ago. Story is that it was a one owner, bought from a little old couple on the Gold Coast. You know the story, 66000 original km, 2L auto with factory air.
Well the husband used to work for Ford in the 70's and he bough the Ghia direct from Ford in late 1978. His story was that it was the car from the Sydney Motor Show that year. It has some differences to a normal Ghia like full cloth hoodlining and sunvisors, different paint scheme, fully lined boot etc, and no vinyl roof. I got the log books which show the first registered owner of the car as the Ford Motor Co of Australia.
So I was just wondering if there are any photos floating around out there.
