Firstly, I need to say a million thank yous to all the people on this forum who have helped me get to this point. You have been free with your time and knowledge and have been an invaluable source. Without you this car would not exist. I also apologise for not getting photos up before but I had my reasons...
Specs;
Pinto on 48 DCOE's
Dry sumped using Weaver and Peterson parts
T9 close ratio heavy duty striahgt cut gearbox with hydraulic concentric clutch
Hilux full floating axle (Eurospeed)
15 x 7 Genuine Minilites
Quick rack
Anti-dive kit
This is where I am at now. I have 22 days until scrutineering for Classic Targa Adelaide. As you can see, I have some work to do!!!

Sweet mate - looks great.
I have the Tilton brake reservoir which work without issue and arguably the cheapest way to fit triple reservoirs.
Good luck with the rest of the build!

Cheapest not cheap.
Jegs have them for $123.00.

The motor used to reside in an RS2000 in WA. Kent GTS4 cam, cosworth rods, Mahle forged pistons, standard modified crank, group 1 stainless valves, Sierra ignition. Had the bottom end refreshed just to be safe.
Got my Tilton from Racer Industries in Qld. $210 delivered though :(

Slight disaster.......the carby bloke who is rebuilding my DCOE 48's cannot locate the correct 38mm chokes from anywhere in the world (!!!!) so it looks like he will have to lend me a set of new 45 DCOE's to get me into the event. I think there is also an issue finding one of the return springs on the shaft.
If anybody has these parts I would love to hear from you!!!

If the 48's are DCOE's and DCO's you use chokes out of 45's and just shorten the back edge.

Paul and Warren, Danny M said the same thing to me yesterday. It appears that my man is also missing a few other parts. Will have a chat to him re the above
