RS Motorsport :: Classic Speed Restored

After trying rather unsuccesfully to convince my teenage son that Escorts are cool and skylines are bad.
I think I may have found a compramise.
I have aways had a soft spot for these old cars watching them at rally oz in their heyday was always special.
So when I got offered this at a cheap price I jumped at it and have been busy sorting it out.
I am hoping it turns out to be a neat little run about and hopefully use it for a bit of fun and teach my son to drive.

I need to sort out the problem with the turbo first then get it regoed and get some miles on it.

old car your kidding yourself go find a 4wd site that cares as most on this site believe rear drive or nothing.

Actually those old Lancers aren't a bad thing, and for the price you can pick them up they make a decent club car or similar when you're on a budget.

Should be fun teaching your son to drive in that. Sure beats an old 120Y.

Should make for for a fun car, especially for use on track days and club motorsport.

Bathurst Cobra and Mk II Escort for me, tried plenty of four wheel drives and yes they are quick but I still prefer rear wheel drive fun.
