New Bloke & MKII 2 Door

Hey guys!
Just new to rsmotorsport and a proud new owner of an Escort!
Just brought a 1975 MKII 2 Door 'L' Escort 1.3L with full Factory Ford Rally pack. One of only 941. Ford Factory 2.9 Quick Ratio steering. Already has mini lites on it and top end Silverstone tyres. Paint is all original, minimal rust, only in rear guards (tiny) -50cent piece) and overall the car is 99% immaculate. 177,000ks on the clock, all original.
Local car and brought from a local friend.
I have plans to fit a 2.0L Pinto with mild head work, valves, cam and Twin 45 DCOE Weber's (if I can make my mind up) headers, full exhaust, up grade brakes, suspension and reupholster the interior fully original apart from a RS2000 dash cluster and a seat of adjustable/reclining Recaro seats.
Maybe take it in the Targa Tasmania/Targa West Point one day :-D
I cant wait to start on this car and have been waiting to get ahold of a good Escort as an investment!
