AVO inserts??

I've been looking around at Capri inserts, the Koni yellow's (86-1835) appear to be very popular but according to Top Performance they can only be adjusted when removed from the car.
I've found these top adjustable items in the UK. Has anyone here in Aust had any experience with them? Thanks

Sooner use a Koni and if you want external adjustment buy the two adjustable ones

Sorry Danny I don't follow. Are you saying Koni do externally adjustable? Or if I want externally adjustable go for the AVO's?

The 86-1835's retail for $270ea so you can imagine what the other are worth...

Fast road, MK1 with a pinto. I can get ahold of some monroe inserts for cheap just to get things up & running. Otherwise these AVO's could be a good thing, $400 odd landed for the pair.

the two ways are around 900 for a piar which is cheap for what you're getting as I would sooner use a BBilstein or a Koni over an AVO or a Gaz

I put these into 40mm shortened capri struts: 2-way adjustable, Koni 86111259RACE. About $330 US each (+shipping)

Are konis & bilsteins only worthwhile if doing coilover conversion? Because I plan to keep the legs as they are with KFFL12 coil springs.

No you still get the benefits of a performance shock. And the standard size koni strut insert fits with no mods.

for an all round car & or drver you cant beat BILSTEINS
value for money
stop wankin about konis or any other pommy wobbly sponge soakers
if anybody is realy into race car susp tuning then you will know
ps
any escort with bilsteins fitted will always have a better market value
than anything with rubber band & plastecine type suspension
