I believe chassis is hitting bump stops as there are clean shiny round patches on rails directly above stops - elsewhere is dusty. To confirm marks are current, I'll smear sticky grease on bump stops for next local hillclimb.
Assuming I'm wrong, then
- could it be axle tramp? There is none at all off the line at hillclimbs
- what are symptoms of binding radius arms? wheels bouncing?
front springs are KFFL-13

Bump stops are cylindrical with domed top - same as shown in Mk2 Gregory's
There is no evidence of leafs hitting chassis, but would be bloody close towards front eye - I'll grease here to see how close

I thought of taking them out or cutting lower - but thumping is so bad out of turn 2 at Ringwood I'm worried Koni's will be doing bump stopping

Have re-measured at rest - 50mm from chassis to stops, with another 33mm travel before koni's bottom
Cheers Gregg
