RS Motorsport :: Classic Speed Restored

The rear quarter window has come unstuck at the rear hinging point on my mk1 escort. Its the second time this has happened the last time i glued it back using araldite which worked for a while but gave way the other day. Has anybody had this same problem and how have they solved it, i would rather not have to change to the fixed type window.

only ever use a loctite product the windscreen fitters use to
glue the mirrors on the windscreen ie xa xb falcon style
do not scratch the surfaces as the glue works on air exclusion
if its scratched badly nothing will realy work
you can get small packs from repco etc
but just ring up a windscreen dude is the easiest
steer clear of windscreen o,briens rip off merchants

Steves information was what I wanted
the hinge took a small amount of glass with it when it detatched itself from the window the first time so I might need to find a new window
