I'd like to wish all on the forum a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous 2016.

I'd like to thank all those that support the form although I'm not sure how much longer this little community will exist as I think the likes of Facebook has replaced the forum as the preferred method of communication. Gotta move with the times I guess

We're off today to the west coast US for the next four weeks on a long overdue family holiday. In the meantime I hope Santa brings you all lots of Escort goodies instead of those socks, jocks and awful cologne bottles that us blokes seem to get each year.

Hi all,

Nev raises an interesting point regarding the shift to popular social media.

Having used Facebook for some time now, I can see its advantages as well as the disadvantages.

Our brand is well represented already, mainly in the UK although here as well .

Well managed, I could see this forum migrating to become a powerful and definitive presence. It would be a closed group to keep out the undesirables.

There are some big groups in the UK attracting the next generation of RS drivers and modifiers.

Some of the forum members from here are already out there.

My two cents.
