Looking at running the Twink at MCM. Wondering what diff ratios people run at the new extended circuit.

For the last couple of years when Brad has had my Group C car there and we've run a 4.1 ratio. Last year was the first time on the new long track which is quite tight in the new section and really favours the smaller cars. It actually helps to compress the field.

With the 4.1 I think he ended up at about 7800 rpm at the end of the straight and the drive out of the corners was very good. If you've got a few more revs probably a 4.4 would be pretty good.

Thanks Nev, just the info I was after. I'm happy to pull 8600ish so 4.4 should be no probs. Should be good in the new section. Looking forward to driving at another different track.
