Graph Interpretation

Can somebody with an engineering degree
explain this graph to me please??? It was produced by Laminova and relates to their C43 mid size oil/water cooler.
The upper 3 lines appear to be showing the effect on oil temperature of increased coolant flow? My pump (I calculate) runs around 30 lpm so only around a 7* temp drop if I am reading it correctly!! Makes sense that more oil heat is dissipated when the oil is moving slower.
Not sure about the lower green lines that probably relate to the other axis of dp coolant whatever than means but assume it relates to pressure drops across the cooler?
States .... Oil temp IN=120°C. Coolant temp IN=85°C
